StarsonBrand.com Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OTHER THAN IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF StarsonBrand.com. The only exceptions to the refund policy are when an Event is canceled or rescheduled. Note that any service fee CHARGED is non-refundable, even if CLIENT IS allowed a refund for a canceled or rescheduled event OR IF StarsonBrand.com ISSUES A REFUND AT THE REQUEST OF AN ORGANIZER. It is Client's sole responsibility to carefully review Client's ticket reservation information before actually submitting the final purchase confirmation. In case of an Event cancellation, Client will be notified by either an email message or phone call (assuming Client has provided valid information), and Client's credit card will be refunded automatically at no additional charge to Client. Dissatisfaction with the event, regardless of the reason (your seat not being available, poor event content, uncomfortable air temperature, lack of parking, extra noise, no parking, or any unforeseen reason out of control of StarsonBrand.com), is not valid excuse for getting a refund from StarsonBrand.com. If the Organizer of the event issues a refund, that would be at their sole discretion. Only refunds issued by StarsonBrand.com are for canceled or rescheduled events, or refund requests directly approved by the event Organizer. In case of a rescheduled Event, Client will be notified by either an email message or phone call (assuming Client has provided valid information), and Client will have the option of attending the Event on the rescheduled date or receiving a refund. If Client decides to attend the new Event date, Client's original ticket will transfer to the new Event date with the same ticket value and seat location at no additional charge. If Client decides to receive a refund, Client's credit card will be refunded automatically by starsonbrand.com. If Organizer would like to issue refunds through StarsonBrand.com on any tickets sold to an Event, Organizer must contact starsonbrand.com, at the latest, within 24 hours after the Event date. Once the revenues of the Event have been sent to Organizer, there will be no refunds issued.
